Step 1
Use rice that has been already cooled and left in the fridge as cold rice is best to work with then season it with a pinch of salt 1 tsp white pepper the light and dark soy and mix to combine

Beat two eggs with a pinch of salt and white pepper in a bowl then set aside

Heat a wok then add in some neutral flavored oil . Drizzle the eggs in and stir while mixing so it makes ribbon shapes then pour iss in the rice and stir for 2 minutes to heat through. Add a drizzle of toasted sesame oil and serve . This makes one large portion or two sides .
