Clean the salmon and slice it in cubes and put it into a bowl.

Clean the asparagus and slice them, too. Boil the vegetables for about fifteen minutes. When ready, strain and keep aside.

Flour the salmon.

Melt the butter in a pan, add the salmon, and stir and add the asparages and some sesame seed. After a minute, add the soy sauce. Stir and cook for about five minutes. Serve adding some more sesame seeds.
