100gvanilla pudding powder

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°F. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, oil, milk and vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, pudding powder. 5lowly whisk dry ingredients with the wet mixture Fold in crushed Oreos and then fold in hot water. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake for about 60 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean. Allow cake to cool slightly (about 10 minutes) and use a plastic knife to loosen cake from pan and remove. Combine icing ingredients. Once cake has fully cooled, ice cake and top with additional crushed Oreos. Enjoy!
