Now this is my idea of comfort food . Delicious pasta baked with a creamy cheesey sauce and bacon on top then baked until golden and delicious . So yummy You’ve got to try this .

Step 1
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until just al dente ( use elbow macaroni if you can’t get this type ) . Once cooked strain and rinse the pasta in cold water .

Add cream 100 grams cheddar cheese and 100 grams Gouda to a pan with salt pepper garlic powder paprika pepper flakes and mustard then being to a simmer until everything is combined

Mix the pasta in the sauce then add to a heat proof dish and sprinkle with the remaining Gouda cheddar and Parmesan then add the bacon pieces on top and bake at 180 c 360 f until golden on top ( 20-25
