Melt the butter in a large pan

Cook for 5 minutes until golden brown. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in a large pan of slightly salted boiling water and cook according to the packaging.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Once beaten, add the Parmesan cheese, pecorino cheese and black pepper.
