Instructions

Step 1
1. Heat sesame oil over medium heat

2. Add 1 clove garlic, ¼ onion, ginger and chicken breast (Slice chicken in half length wise) and cook for about 6-7 minutes each side
Step 3
3. Remove chicken from pan when done and add the remaining garlic,spinach, cilantro, and mushrooms and saute. Set aside.
Step 4
4. Add remaining onion , rice and soy sauce to pan and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add chicken and spinach mixture and drizzle with soy sauce. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
