Ingredients

1 x 3 ozlemon jello

1 ¼ cwater
boiling
8 oztomato sauce
1 Tvinegar
½ tsalt
worcestershire
tabasco
black pepper
½ ccelery
chopped
½ cpimento stuffed green olives
chopped
¼ conion
chopped
Cheese Pie Crust
Tuna Salad
Instructions
For the Gelatin
Step 1
Dissolve gelatin in water. Stir in tomato sauce and seasonings. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in celery, olives, and onion. Pour into cooled Cheese Pie Shell. Chill thoroughly. Top with tuna salad.
For the Cheese Pie Crust
Step 2
Preheat oven to 475. Mix flour and salt. Cut in lard thoroughly Stir in cheese. Sprinkle water gradually over dough, stirring with a fork after each addition. Gather dough into a ball. On a lightly floured cloth covered board, roll out 1" larger than inverted 9" pie pan. Ease into pan. Flute and prick pastry. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
For the Tuna Salad
Step 3
Lightly mix tuna, lemon juice, onions, and celery. Season with salt and paprika to taste. Chill. Just before serving, drain and mix in just enough Miracle Whip to moisten.
