Instructions

Step 1
cut your tomatoes and onions into big equal sized chunks and put them in an oven tray (if you want to add your garlic head add it by cutting the head off and putting it in tin foil with olive oil, close the foil fully and put it in the middle of the oven tray)
Step 2
put 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of pepper with a drizzle of olive oil and toss your tomatoes and onions in them and evenly coat them
Step 3
bake your vegetables until they turn golden brown
Step 4
remove your vegetables and put into a pot with your chicken broth and let them boil together and all the rest of your salt and pepper, add whatever spices you’d like to add but preferably onion and garlic powder are best
Step 5
get your hand mixer and mix them in the pot or transfer them into a food processor or a blender to get them properly mixed (you can get it fully mixed with no chucks or leave it a bit chunky based on your preference)
Step 6
put them back into the pot and add your oregano or basil leaves or dried thymes or whatever your preferred herbs are and let it come to a boil then pour your cooking cream (add as much cooking cream as you prefer the more cream the lighter the flavor will be)
