Instructions
Step 1
Put one cup of milk in the blender
Step 2
Add 1 whole banana to the blender
Step 3
Put around 1.5 cups of whole frozen strawberries into the blender
Step 4
Add 2 servings of slimfast to the blender
Step 5
Add sugar (the amount is to preference, I use around 3-4 tablespoons, but this is not necessary if you do not want it to be that sweet)
Step 6
Blend until everything is combined, if the milkshake starts to turn white it is overblended
Step 7
If the milkshake is too thick, add more milk, and if it is too sour add more strawberries
Step 8
If adding more ingredients, only blend for about 3 seconds, until everything is just combined
