Step 1
1. Cook pasta until almost fully cooked, drain and set a side
Step 2
2. Chop onion and chorizo
Step 3
Fry onion until starting to soften and chuck in Chorizo. Fry chorizo until oils are released and it starts to colour
Step 4
Add smoked paprika and cook for 1 minute longer.
Step 5
Add chopped tomatoes and stock and simmer for 10 minutes
Step 6
Add pasta and allow pasta to absorb the sauce for around 5 minutes. Dish up and eat
