Step 1
Place the meat in a pressure cooker along with sliced onions, crushed ginger, garlic, salt, turmeric, chilli powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Pour in 2 cups of water.

* Cook for 10 minutes if using lamb or mutton.

* Cook for 15 minutes if using beef.

In a separate pan, melt the ghee over medium heat. Add the sliced tomatoes and cook until they soften and release their juices.

Once the pressure cooker has cooled down and the pressure is released, add the cooked meat and its juices to the pan with the sautéed tomatoes.
Step 6
Let the mixture cook on medium heat until all the excess water evaporates and the gravy thickens.
