Step 1
1. Sauté olive oil, onion, bell pepper, and garlic for 4 to 6 minutes. 2. Brown ground beef in the center. 3. Mix in green chilis, simmer sauce, broth, and cream. Bring to a boil. 4. Add pasta, cover, and cook per package instructions. 5. Stir in 1/2 cup cheddar and mozzarella cheese. 6. Top with 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and cover until melted. 7. Garnish with cilantro.
