Ingredients

1Can Garbanzo Beans
Drain and Rinsed
1Can Pinto Beans
Drian and Rinsed
1Can Black Beans
Drain and Rinse
1Can Black Eyed Peas
Drain and Rinse
2Cans Shoepeg Corn
0.5Can Chopped Jalapenos
Small, more for hotter
1 JarPimentos
Small
1 cupapple cider vinegar
½ cupsugar
½ tspsalt
½ tsppepper
1 cupRed Onion
finely chopped
2celery stalks
finely chopped
1green pepper
finely chopped
Instructions
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except Red Onion, Celery and Green Pepper, in a large saucepan. Add 2 Tablespoons of Jalapeño liquid. Boil for 5 minutes. Cool Completely
Step 2
When cool, add red onion, celery and green pepper
Step 3
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours
