Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2
Lightly grease 2 cookie sheets.

Step 3
Lightly spoon flour into the measuring cups; leveling them off using a butter knife. Make sure to use dry ingredients measuring cups, not liquid measuring cup.

Step 4
In a medium-sized bowl, cut margarine into flour until mixture resembles corse crumbs; stir in cheese, sunflower seeds, and Worcestershire sauce. (MSS NOTE: I strongly advise you to use a pastry blender to cut the margarine into the flour. Otherwise, use two butter knives.)

Step 5
Sprinkle dough with water, 2 tablespoon at a time, while tossing and mixing lightly with a fork. Add water just until dough is moist enough to form a ball when lightly pressed together.

Step 6
On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to 1/8” thickness. Cut into desired shapes with lightly floured 2” cookie cutter.

Step 7
Place crackers 1” apart on prepared cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 8
Remove crackers from cookie sheet and cool crackers on baking racks until thoroughly cooled.
