Fish Sauce Instructions
Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sour cream.

Add the lime juice, honey, and chopped cilantro. Mix well.

Add the minced garlic, and paprika. Stir to combine.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
