Fish Sauce Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sour cream.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve over fish tacos

Prepare Fish

- Cook the gluten-free fish sticks according to the package instructions, typically in the oven at 425 for 30 min. Ensure they are crispy and fully cooked.

Heat the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat or wrap them in foil and warm them in the oven until pliable.
