Pork egg rolls
7 steps
Prep:5minCook:40min
My pork eggroll recipe is a delicious alternative to ordering in! My husband and I can eat a whole plate of these and not regret it. This recipe is worth trying, I recommend dipping them in soy sauce mixed with a little chili oil!

Instructions
Step 1
Heat a tablespoon or less vegetable oil on medium heat, add ground pork, and cook, breaking up meat with a spatula, until browned
Step 2
Add garlic and coleslaw mix and stir. Put the lid on the pan and steam until the cabbage is tender, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes
Step 3
Add in soy sauce and sesame seed oil, stir until combined, then remove pan from heat and let cool
Step 4
Get a small dish of water and lay out your wraps, like a diamond, on a flat surface. Fill each wrap with pork and coleslaw mix, about 3 tablespoons
Step 5
Dip your fingers or use a brush to rub a little water along the edges of wrap, fold in the corners and roll wrap shut
Step 6
Heat about an inch of oil in a skillet on medium heat. Fry egg roll on all sides, turning occasionally until golden brown and crispy. Repeat with remaining egg rolls until all have been fried
Step 7
Let cool on a paper towel to absorb excess grease. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
