Instructions
Step 1
Wait 45 minutes. Serve.

Dice carrots, celery and onion, saute in butter.

Stir in chicken broth, bring to a simmer. Add in potatoes. Simmer for 6 minutes.

Place in pie crust , top, pinch and fold, crimp. Cut slits. Egg wash.
Step 7
450° 18-20 minutes. Reduce temp to 375°. Rotate and bake 12-15 minutes.
