Step 1
Chop the garlic and chilies finely. Combine all the ingredients in a clean jar and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Let the ingredients sit in the jar for an hour at least for the flavour to develop and use as either a marinade or a dipping sauce! But be careful it’s very spicy 🌶️
