Creamy Crockpot Chicken Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients
10 servings
2.5 lbschicken
3 cupslow sodium chicken broth
add more if needed
1 ½ cupsmilk
1 ½ cupsnon fat Greek yogurt
1 ½ cupscream cheese
¾ cupsparmesan cheese
5 clovesgarlic
minced
1onion
medium, finely chopped
1.5 rspdried basil
1.5dried oregano
1 ½ tspblack pepper
or to taste
¾ tspsalt
to taste
1.5 lbspasta
3 cupsbroccoli florets
1 ½ cupsfrozen peas
Instructions
Step 1
1. Add your chicken, dry seasonings, chicken broth, milk, minced garlic, and chopped onions into your crackpot
Step 2
2. Cover with lid and cook on high for 4-5 hours or until chicken is fully cooked. 8 hours on low
Step 3
3. Once cook used a fork to shred the chicken directly in the crackpot
Step 4
4. Add the uncooked pasta, frozen peas, broccoli, cream cheese, greek yogurt, and parmesam cheese
Step 5
5. Cover with lid and cook on high for another hour or until liquid is absorbed and the pasta is cooked
