Instructions

Step 1
Cook potatoes and onion in a small amount of boiling salted water 10-12 minutes or until tender; drain well.
Step 2
Melt butter in a large heavy saucepan over low heat; add flour and mustard, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Add Worcestershire sauce and cheese, stirring until cheese melts.
Step 3
Alternate layers of potato-onion mixture and cheese sauce in a lightly-greased 2-quart shallow casserole. Top with breadcrumbs and sprinkle with paprika.
Step 4
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
