Instructions

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a bowl or ziploc bag. You can cook right away or marinate for up to 1 day.
Step 2
If using skewers, cut chicken into chunks; thread onto skewers. Discard remaining marinade. Heat a grill or grill pan. Add chicken and grill for 6-7 minutes per side.
