Instructions
Step 1
Make cuts through the thick fatty parts of pork chops to prevent curling. Season with salt.
Step 2
Slice garlic. Fry in oil until crispy. Remove and set aside.
Step 3
In same pan, fry pork chops on medium-high heat for 1½-2 minutes or until golden on one side.
Step 4
Flip chops, lower heat to low-medium, cover, and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes.
Step 5
Meanwhile, cut mushroom and prepare teriyaki sauce.
Step 6
Add mushrooms and sauce to pan. Sauté until mushrooms soften and sauce thickens.
Step 7
Add lemon slices and increase heat. Cook until sauce reaches syrup-like consistency.
Step 8
Remove from heat. Let pork rest for 3 minutes.
Step 9
Serve pork with lemon slices, sauce, and mushrooms. Garnish with crispy garlic chips.
