Instructions
Step 1
Take out your pork chops, season with a pinch of salt and beat with a meat hammer until roughly 1cm thick. Then place in to the flour, followed by the eggs and then the bread crumbs.
Step 2
Thinly slice the cabbage, put to the side and then mix the mayonnaise with the mustard.
Step 3
Get your oil into a pan and heat to 180c/350f. Add your pork chops and fry on both sides for 2/3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Step 4
Then spread the mustard mayo over your bread, top with the crispy pork, BBQ sauce, cabbage and enjoy 👌
