Instructions
Step 1
Chop onions, and peppers and mince garlic. Saute onions and peppers for 3-5 minutes until onion is translucent then add garlic and saute 1 more minute
Step 2
Season chicken thighs with thyme, paprika salt and pepper.
Step 3
Mix rice, water, soup together in 9 x 9 pan until all lumps out of chicken. Place seasoned chicken on top of rice mixture.
Step 4
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
