Prawns
400graw prawns
1 Tbspolive oil
1 tspsalt
1 tsppepper
1 tspcajun
½ tspgarlic granules
1 tspparsley
½ tsplemon juice
Pasta sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Season the prawns with the olive oil, salt, pepper, parsley and lemon juice
Step 2
Cook in the pan on a medium heat for 5 mins
Step 3
Mince the garlic
Step 4
Take the prawns out the pan and add the garlic and cajun
Step 5
Cook the pasta for 10-15 mins
Step 6
Add some of the pasta water to the frying pan and let simmer for 2 mins
Step 7
Add the double cream and cheese and allow to reduce for 10-15 mins
Step 8
Add to the pasta to the pan
