Instructions

Step 1
Season 3-5lb chuck roast with salt, pepper, and Kinders steak seasoning.
Step 2
Heat 1 tbs oil in Dutch oven
Step 3
Sear the meat on all sides & set aside
Step 4
Add 2 chopped onions & 5 garlic cloves to pan. Cook for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Add tbs tomato paste & 3 cups of beef brot.
Step 6
Add sprig of rosemary & thyme, 1.5lbs baby potatoes, 1lb carrots.
Step 7
Add meat back in & add 2 bay leaves.
Step 8
Cover & bake at 350° for ~3-4 hours.
Step 9
Remove contents of pot. Shred meat.
Step 10
Add a cornstarch slurry to gravy ( 3tbs water, 3tbs cornstarch), 1cup water, heat over medium heat until gravy thickens
