Instructions
Step 1
Make sure the steak is set out for at least an hour to reach room temperature. Preheat oven to 450°.

Emerse the opinion in the ice water. Soak for 10 minutes then drain and pat dry. Cut tomatoes.

Heat a skillet to medium high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper. Gently pour 1 tablespoon into the pan. When the oil begins to smoke at the steak. Cook until browned on each side about 1 minute. Then turn down to medium and continue cooking flipping once more until done. Let rest for 5 minutes and cut into 1/2 inch cubes

Rinse the garlic in a very fine mesh strainer and shake off any excess water. In a small bowl combine garlic, mayo, sour cream, buttermilk, parsley, chives, dill, paprika, onion powder, season with salt and pepper. Whisk until emulsified.

In a large salad bowl add the lettuces, cucumber, cheese, tomatoes, and steak. Drizzle with dressing to taste. Top with hot French fries and serve.
