Place sliced peaches in into a small oven safe baking dish. In a small bowl, mix together oats, protein powder, almonds, coconut, cinnamon, vanilla, maple syrup, and butter. Spread mixture over the top of the peaches and bake at 350°F for 25 to 27 minutes or until top is golden brown. Top with two scoops of Greek yogurt. I also added a little drizzle of honey and cinnamon on mine which you can leave off if you want!
