Diced tomatoes and green chiles provide zesty flavor as well as texture to this creamy cheese dip. Serve with tortilla chips, or make nachos by spooning the queso over tortilla chips and topping with black beans and shredded chicken.

1 x 10 ozcan diced tomatoes and green chiles
drained
1 x 4 ozcan diced green chiles
fresh cilantro
chopped, optional
Instructions
Step 1
Stir together cheeses, onion, milk, garlic, salt, cumin, tomatoes, and green chiles in a 3-to
7-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW until cheese is melted, 1½ to 2 hours. Whisk to combine. Garnish with cilantro, if desired.
Serve with tortilla chips.
