Nothing says fall like grilled apples! And pairing it with yogurt is even better because it means we're getting some more protein in - and the proteins will help prevent blood sugar spikes :)

Instructions
Step 1
In an oiled, or buttered, pan over medium heat add your chopped apples. Grill for 2 minutes, stirring often.
Step 2
Add the seasonings to the apples and mix together
Step 3
Turn the heat down to medium-low, add a tsp of water and cover the pan so that the apples can steam to soften. Let them cook for another 5 minutes, stirring half way through.
Step 4
Serve on yogurt with granola.
