Cook pasta according to the package directions reserve 1 cup pasta water. In a skillet melt butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add flour and whisk for 1 minute. Slowly whisk in heavy cream and bring to a boil. Add parmesan cheese and whisk until cheese is fully melted then add reserved pasta water. Season with salt and pepper and add food coloring until you achieve your desired color. Toss with pasta and Enjoy!
