Instructions

Step 1
1 Start by preheating the oven to 350F.
Step 2
2 In a bowl, shred chicken with a fork. Mix chicken together with cream cheese, 1/2 cup of grated cheese, spices, and chilies (optional). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Wrap tortillas in a damp cloth and microwave for 10-20 seconds, to warm them up and make them more tender.
Step 4
4 Fill each tortilla lengthwise with the chicken filling and wrap tightly. Lightly brush the tortillas with a coating of oil, and place in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Step 5
Serve with Salsa and place the remaining cheese on top
