Step 1

Add carrot ginger turmeric honey pepper cayenne and water to a blender and blend for a good minute or two until everything is combined then pour into a strainer to strain out the lumps
Step 2

Juice the lemon then add that in and stir together . Pour the liquid into 200 ml bottles or smaller shot bottles if you have that . Store for 5 days in the fridge and give them a shake before you pour them . Enjoy .
