Instructions
Step 1
Dice chicken thighs

Mix chicken, cornflour, salt and pepper and leave for 20 minutes

Heat oil in deep pan. Wait till hot and fry chicken, in batches, till golden brown roughly 4mins

Juice and zest lemon over chicken, chop spring onions. Add chicken stock to 100mls of boiling water in a jug.
Step 5
Sticky sauce: mix garlic and ginger paste, sugar,lemon juice and Zest, soy sauce, chicken stock and a.pinch of cornflour. Salt and pepper.
Step 6
Heat a dash of oil in pa, wack chicken and onion fry for 30 seconds. Add sticky lemon sauce and coat chicken. Simmer till sauce thickens. Sprinkle sesame seeds.
Step 7
Serve with rice and garnish with spring onions
