Step 1
1. In a large bowl mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese,cheese, milk, eggs, Worcester sauce. Mix until well combined.

2. Firm the mixture into a loaf and place in the crockpot

3. In a skillet melt butter to caramelize onions (about 20-25 minutes)

4. Add beef broth to onions until abdorbed.absorbed.
Step 5
5. Pour onion mixture over meatloaf in crockpot.
Step 6
6. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Step 7
7. About 10 minutes before serving put Swiss chees slices over meatloaf to melt.
