Instructions

Step 1
Cook the lentils

In a large pot over medium heat, melt the coconut oil. Add the carrots onion garlic and ginger. Sautee for 5 minutes

Step 3
Add the vegetable broth to the pot and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to simmer and cook for about 5 minutes, or until carrots are tender.
