Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Heat a pan Cook the ground meat (beef/turkey/chicken)

Remove the grease Add a little water Season with taco seasoning

Avocado oil a muffin tray Add a wonton wrapper to the bottom of each muffin Layer with meat Layer with green onion Layer with jalapeño Layer with cheese Repeat
Step 5
Add muffin tin to oven and cook for 17 minutes
Step 6
Let the muffins rest for a few minutes before you add your toppings Toppings could be tomatoes, sour cream, avocado, cilantro, green onion, hot sauce, etc.
