Spices add not just flavor, but also can be a good remedy.
Spices can aid with digestion, relieve bloating, act as antioxidant & antiviral, reduce inflammation, and so much more.
Dry roasting the seeds helps release the oils and aroma.
The seeds can be kept whole or ground them.
This spice mix can be used: with sprouted beans to aid with digestion, as a rub for your proteins, sprinkle over yogurt, or have it as tea.
I prefer making my spice mixes in small quantities.

Instructions
Step 1
In a pan, toast the seeds on low flame.
Step 2
Keep stirring the seeds to avoid burning
Step 3
It will take a few minutes to toast, once a slight color change and a beautiful aroma arises your spices are good to go.
Step 4
Pour seeds into a flat dish to cool off before you store into an airtight container or ground into powder.
