Grate the carrots
Step 3
Lightly toast the walnuts in the spices and coconut oil

Soak the raisins, dates and figs in warm water for 10 minutes.

Drain off the liquid

Blend the raisins, figs and dates to a smooth paste
Step 7
Blend the nuts and seeds in a blender until coarsly ground
Step 8
Add the nuts, seeds, dried fruits, desiccated coconut, orange zest, pink salt and coconut oil to large bowl and mix well until combined
Step 9
Roll into 20g booster balls and roll in desiccated coconut
Step 10
Store in the fridge or freezer
