PREP
Step 1

Cut the onions in half and put them in a bowl with cold water.

CHICKEN
Step 2

In a pan, crumble the chicken broth cube and cook the chicken in it for as long as it has to be.



ZUCCHINI
Step 3

On heat 7 of the stove, fry the onions with the garlic cloves and set aside.


Step 4

In the same pan, cook the zucchini for about 10 minutes.

RICE
Step 5

While the zucchini are cooking, cook the rice.

LAST STEP
Step 6

Just before serving, add 100ml of Bridelight low fat cream and 1 tsp per serving and mix it well.
