Step 1

On heat 7 of the stove, fry the onions with the garlic cloves and set aside (in the same pan).


Step 2

In the same pan, cook the zucchini for about 3 minutes on each side.

Step 3

While the zucchini are cooking, cook the rice.

Step 4

In another pan, pour the curry and garlic powder, then put the chicken and cook it for 4 minutes on each side.

Crumble the chicken broth cube and cook the chicken and zucchini for 5 more minutes, on heat 4.

Step 6

Just before serving, add 50ml of Bridelight low fat cream on each serving and mix it well.
