Instructions

Step 1
Heat the oven to 450°
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with foil, place a wire rack on top.
Step 3
Poke the potato 10 times, on all sides, with a fork
Step 4
Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven
Step 5
Brush with butter or oil until the outside is completely coated. Sprinkle the potato with salt.
Step 6
Place the potato back on the rack, upside down.
Step 7
Bake for an additional 20 minutes.
