Instructions
Step 1
- Combine olive oil, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Add salt and pepper, cook until soft
Step 2
- Add cumin, oregano, chili powder and cook a couple more minutes
Step 3
- Place chicken in center of pot, add olive oil and salt to taste. Cook through.
Step 4
- Add flour. Let cook for a minute and stir.
Step 5
- Add beans, corn, chopped kale, chicken broth.
Step 6
- Stir and cook for 30 minutes.
