Lemon Chicken Pasta

Instructions

Step 1
Cut chicken breasts in half and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder and lemon pepper.
Step 2
Heat oil into large skillet. One ready, cook chicken on both sides until internal temperature reached 165. Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 3
In the same pan, add minced garlic and add lemon juice.
Step 4
Add about 1 cup of chicken broth and scrape bits off bottom of pan.
Step 5
Add full container of heavy whipping cream and bring to a boil.
Step 6
Once boiling add penne pasta and cook until done. If too much liquid has evaporated, add more a little chicken broth. Don’t want it too runny.
Step 7
Once pasta is almost done, add spinach and cook down.
Step 8
Once pasta is done add Parmesan cheese and stir. Add chicken back in and top each chicken with slice of lemon to garnish.
