Instructions
Step 1
Cook onions 5 minutes. Then add grated carrot and cook for 5 more minutes. Add garlic, black pepper (cumin and coriander if used) and cook for 1 more minute
Step 2
Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes
Step 3
Pour in stock, the rest of the spices, beets and cook for 10 minutes
Step 4
Sour cream to top
