Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine the hot gochujang, brown sugar, minced garlic, and sesame oil. Mix well until smooth.

Step 2
Add the softened butter to the mixture, blending until everything is fully combined and smooth.

Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or heat according to your preference by adding more brown sugar or gochujang.
Step 4
Serve as a spread or transfer the mixture to a piece of parchment paper. Roll it into a log shape and twist the ends to seal. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Spread or slice the gochujang butter and spread it on warm breads and rolls for a delicious sweet and savory experience. It's even great on steamed sweet potatoes!
