These oats fingers give you all the great high fibre benefits of porridge but in a grab-and-go breakfast format.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180c/ 350f and line an 8x8 inch dish with parchment paper.
Step 2
Add the oats, milk, yoghurt, cocoa powder and honey to a large bowl and mix well
Step 3
Add the juice of the whole orange together with some of the zest. How much is up to you. The more you add, the stronger the orange taste will be.
Step 4
Transfer the mixture into the dish and and press down on the top with the back of a spoon.
Step 5
Cook in the oven for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Allow to cool completely before removing from the dish and cutting into 8 slices.
