Pre-heat oven 375
Step 2
Combine sugars, add 2T to blueberries, smash the blueberries and sugar and set aside.

Add oats, cinnamon, flour to sugar mixture. Combine

Add cut pieces of butter to the flour mixture and rub together or blend with pastry knife until butter is worked in.
Step 5
Set aside 1/3 of the flour mixture and add lightly beaten egg white to the remaining flour mixture.
Step 6
Spray 8x8 pan with oil or line with parchment paper and then spray
Step 7
Press the oat/flour egg mixture into the pan. Spread the blueberries on top and then crumble the remaining oat mixture on top.
Step 8
Bake about 35 minutes. Blueberries are bubbly and topping is golden brown.
