Ingredients

1.25 lbground beef

drained

1sweet onion

diced

1 cupmushrooms sliced

1can golden mushroom soup

1 Tbsptomato paste

1can mixed vegetables

1 Tbspitalian seasoning

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tsppepper

2 Tbspworchester sauce

0.5 bagtater tots

1 cupshredded cheese

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium skillet, brown ground beef. Drain and return to skillet. Add onions and mushrooms to skillet. Stir. Cook until onions are tender.

Step 2

Add can of golden mushroom soup, tomato paste, and all seasonings to the ground beef mixture. Stir all ingredients together thoroughly.

Step 3

Spoon mixture into a 9 x 9 sprayed casserole dish. Smooth out.

Step 4

Top mixture with a single layer of tater tots. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove casserole from oven. Sprinkle top with cheese. Return dish to oven until cheese is melted and golden brown. Let cool for five minutes. Serve.
