Instructions
Step 1
Heat a drop of oil on a non-stick pan
Step 2
Roughly shred the cooked chicken.
Step 3
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Step 4
Take two of the slices, and sprinkle a quarter of the parmesan cheese on each buttered side.
Step 5
On the non-buttered side of those slices, layer the Cheddar cheese, kimchi, chicken and salad leaves.
Step 6
Place the other slices of bread on top, with the buttered sides facing up.
Step 7
Sprinkle the rest of the parmesan cheese on top
Step 8
Gently place the sandwiches onto the pan and fry on a medium heat until the Cheddar cheese has melted and the bread is lightly browned on each side (approx. 3-5 minutes each side).
