Instructions
Step 1
Cream the butter with the sugar.
Step 2
Beat the eggs, mash the bananas and add to the mixture.
Step 3
Sift the flour, baking powder and salt. Add to other ingredients.
Step 4
Add the vanilla essence. Stir the bicarbonate of soda into the milk and add to the mixture.
Step 5
Put into a greased bread tin lined with grease-proof paper and bake in an oven for about 1 hour at 180°C.
